Water Filters for Bufumira Primary School

Clean, safe drinking water is getting more and more difficult for the people of Bufumira.  Water is gathered from Lake Victoria. The water quality is deteriorating and it is necessary to go farther and farther from shore to get water that is suitable.  In a recent project Kamukamu made it possible for water filters to come to the primary school.  The use of these filters makes the lake water safer and healthier for the students.
